Our scope is to develop a prototype, boutique yogurt shop with a modern sensibility. The prototype is designed to fit in spaces of 800-1200 s.f. and appeal to a wide variety of patrons with the use of environmentally friendly materials.

Dean & Deluca

Leawood, KS

Dean & Deluca had outgrown its current location and decided to relocate to the new 119th Plaza in Leawood, KS. The scope of work for their new store includes creating a new eclectic environment with upgraded finishes, better accessibility and convenient points of service located throughout the store. The new store is considerably larger than the existing one, giving Dean & Deluca the opportunity to display and offer even more fine foods.

Red Robin - Zona Rosa

We are currently in the process of adapting a stand alone prototype building design onto an existing structure. Red Robin has very strict design guidelines in order that their buildings adhere to their brand. Therefore, several exterior design options have been developed with the intent of adhering to these design guidelines.

Yia Yia's Euro Bistro

Little Rock, AR

Yia Yia's Euro Bistro is a chain restaurant/club being developed in an upscale shopping center located in Little Rock, AR. Currently in the construction phase, all interior space planning, design, and interior finish selections have been completed.

STORY

Prairie Village, KS

We have been working on a new restaurant called STORY. STORY is a new contemporary Bistro coming to Prairie Village, Kansas this May of 2011. It is a quaint, contemporary restaurant seating approximately 88 people with an attached patio that will seat approximately 32. The restaurant is very elegant and contemporary. The design provides patrons with a variety of experiences starting at the front door, through the bar area, the interior dining spaces and then the exterior dining/ bar. We have designed a series of suspended, illuminated ceiling panels radiating out from the center of the bar area. We have a great client and are looking forward to the opening of STORY this Spring.
